Marine Research 91porn (MRP) is pleased to announce the next event in our Dialogue series, hosted in partnership with Sea for Yourself, a civic-facing research and engagement programme linked to the 91porn Sound National Marine Park.
Sea for Yourself explores how creativity, science, and civic collaboration can strengthen environmental understanding and public connection to place.
This Dialogue will use that lens to frame our conversations, exploring how interdisciplinary marine research – across the natural sciences, social sciences, arts and practice-based research – can contribute to environmental literacy, civic participation, and place-based impact.
The emphasis is on two-way dialogue and co-creation, rather than one-way communication. Our focus is not just on outcomes, but on how research connects across disciplines, engages with communities, and shapes futures.
The event will bring together MRP researchers, creative practitioners, and partners working at the intersection of science, society, and culture.
We aim to create a space that is generous, exploratory, and collaborative – surfacing shared research questions, reflecting on methods, and identifying opportunities for future collaboration.
